At , we recognise students of exceptional ability. Open to students who have achieved a 70 percent pass mark or higher in their exams, our Scholars Programme was set up to encourage such students to fully realise their potential by working hard and becoming confident and successful, both as performers and as individuals.
In the last two years, the Scholars Programme has resulted in three junior students becoming Royal Ballet School Associates, an Imperial Ballet Award finalist, a successful final audition dancer for White Lodge (The Royal Ballet’s residential school) and a place at the Hammond School.
At 18 years of age, seniors who have been through the Scholars Programme are gaining places with leading vocational colleges, such as the Urdang Academy, leaving us with distinction in professional examinations. Over 50 percent of our dancers are gaining distinction, and by doing so, they are earning UCAS points towards university places.
